Stephen Colbert is back as Phil Ken Sebben, 46.5th President of the United States, and he’s making a bigger mess of things than the 45th, heavens forbid. So it’s up to Gary Cole’s Harvey Birdman, attorney at law, to stop him in the only way he can: by becoming attorney general. It’s all going down on October 14th—and not a minute too soon.
